Where is my order ?

We will notify you by email when your order is shipped. If you have chosen a delivery type with tracking number and your tracking number indicates that your order has been delivered even though you have not received your order, you must:

  • Check if anyone else at your address has accepted it.
  • Look around the delivery location. Your package may have been left with a neighbor or in a safe place like a porch or garage.
  • Check for delivery attempt notification. You may find a delivery attempt notice in your mailbox or on your door. Follow the instructions on this notice to request redelivery or to arrange for package collection.
  • Contact the carrier if there is still no trace of the package.
  • If you have chosen delivery to a relay point, it is very likely that you have received information concerning this. We therefore invite you to check your SMS and emails (general, promotional and spam).

If you are still unable to locate the package, please contact us and we can file a claim with the carrier.

How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us by completing this contact form or directly by email to customer.services@thebeautystore.co.uk within 3 hours of placing your order. Please include the following details: your name, order number, reason for cancellation, method of payment. The refund will be applied directly to your debit/credit card or your Paypal account.

It is impossible to cancel your order after it has been shipped. You can nevertheless be reimbursed if the products are returned at your expense without having been opened or damaged.

How long does the delivery take?

Mondial Relay (3-6 working days)

If you have selected this delivery option, your order will be delivered to a relay point within 3 days from the dispatch date 3 to 6 working days for international orders. Note that once your order arrives at a relay point, you will have 7 days to collect it. After this period, your order will be returned to us

Post Office (5-10 working days)

If you have selected this delivery option, your order will be delivered to a collection point within 5 to 7 working days from the dispatch date and 7 to 10 working days for international orders. Please ensure the name on your mailbox is entered. If the name provided does not appear in your mailbox, your order may be returned to us.

Colissimo (2-9 working days)

If you have selected this delivery option, your order will be delivered to a relay point within 2 to 5 working days from the shipping date and 3 to 8 (indicative time, excluding customs processing) working days for international orders. Please ensure you are available at the selected address to receive your package . In case of unavailability, a delivery note must be left.

Please note that your orders have a preparation time of 24h-48h
